Scope of work

• Undertake Business Requirement Specification study for the proposed system and prepare a detailed Request For Proposal (RFP) document

• Preparation of Tender document comprising of the PRE-QUALIFICATION BID, TECHNICAL BID, FINANCIAL BID and the NOTICE INVITING TENDER

• Convening Pre-Bid conference for the vendors and documentation of the assessment enabling decision making for the Management

• Field level assessment of the claims of the shortlisted vendor by undertaking on-site visits

• Evaluation of Technical Bid & Commercial Bid and parameterised assessment based on the RFP and ranking the proposals based on the best Return On Investment offered

• Assist the client in commercial negotiation with the successful bidder

• Evaluating the Software Functional Specification (SFS) prepared by the vendor

• Assisting the client in conceiving the SFS and signing the SFS document

• Monitor the progress in software customisation and implementation and briefing the Management of the same for timely follow ups

• Evaluating the supplied products (Software & Hardware & Network) in terms of meeting the Functional Specification

• Evaluating the Training Manuals supplied by the vendor and co-ordinating with the vendor to enrich the same

• Management meetings
